The base material used in the production of transparent coils (windscreens) is a transparent, tempered transparent PVC film.

The 650 Plus Crystal that we use is carefully chosen from all other variants on the market because it is suitable for roll systems, it has high resistance, very good clarity and resistance over time.

Maintenance

Crystal materials must be cleaned regularly from dirt and water. It is recommended that they are not tightened if they still have water traces, because water can damage the material. Remove the stains with water and soap if necessary.

Other mentions:

Upon processing at high temperatures or by handling, certain deformations or specific signs that are not considered defective may occur; (eg, cute, light deformations near areas that have been hotfixed, etc.)

By using under different conditions, exposure to the sun due to wear and being subject to stress, the material can easily change its shape or dimensions.

The effect of matting or certain stains may occur over time due to contact with certain particles in the environment or water.

Depending on the final dimensions of the products and depending on the wind conditions to which they are exposed, it is possible that the material is removed from the guides, but can be repositioned at any time.

In the case of large dimensions, those exceeding 3m in length and 2.5m in height, the products may encounter difficulty in rolling and must intervene manually to help lower or lift them, whether there is a possibility not to fully grip if the diameter on which it has the shaft with all the material is larger than the space provided by the consoles.
